So.Crete offers free Ground Shipping on every product within the 48 contiguous United States. Due to carrier restrictions, standard shipping is not available for some New York City zip codes, particularly Manhattan. 

Restricted Zip Codes: 10001 - 10282

At this time, our standard ground shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, and overseas military bases.

Note: Damages to the product during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you believe your product was damaged during shipping, please document the damage (including pictures) and contact us within 30 days of purchase so that we can take the appropriate steps with the carrier as well as look into the best way to correct your order.
