If you are not entirely satisfied with your So.Crete purchase, we're here to help.


Because all So.Crete products are hand made, one-of-a-kind, and made to order, all sales are non-refundable.

Damages incurred during production or while at our warehouse could be cause for exchange. We carefully inspect all products before shipping to verify quality and condition. Damages to the product during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you believe your product was damaged during shipping, please document the damage (including pictures) and contact us within 30 days of purchase so that we can take the appropriate steps with the carrier as well as look into the best way to correct your order.

Once the product has left the delivery vehicle, the customer assumes all responsibility and liabilities. For instance, damage incurred during installation is solely the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items for exchange. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
