RETURNS

In order to make a return, please contact the retailer or online vendor from which you originally purchased your item to process your return.

If the product was purchased from our online store www.so-crete.com  the customer has 30 days from receipt of the product to contact us and coordinate a return.  

REFUNDS

Any custom orders are non-refundable.

If the Customer requests cancellation of a product within thirty (30) days of delivery, and So.crete agrees to such cancellation, Customer shall pay to So.crete a restocking fee equal to twenty (20%) of the Purchase Price (the “Restocking Fee”). The original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. The re-stocking fee as well as the original shipping and handling price shall be deducted from the total amount paid to calculate the refund due. Sales tax (if applicable) will be adjusted and refunded accordingly. The Customer is responsible for all crating, shipping and handling charges to return the product(s) to So.crete. You will be issued your refund when the products have been received and inspected.

EXCHANGES

Damages to the product during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you believe your product was damaged during shipping, please document the damage (including pictures) and contact us within 15 days of purchase so that we can take the appropriate steps with the carrier as well as look into the best way to correct your order.

Once the product has left the delivery vehicle, the customer assumes all responsibility and liabilities. For instance, damage incurred during installation is solely the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items for exchange. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

DAMAGED SHIPPMENTS

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments on day of receiving. If visibly damaged please reject the shipment or note the damages with the delivery driver. If you do not do this we cannot offer a replacement.
